Breja: The same reason no one made a proper Star Trek RPG or a Babylon 5 strategy game. Some games, no matter how good the idea sounds, and how obvious it is, just don't happen.

There was a Warhammer RTS- Mark of Chaos, but there really wasn't much to it. I'd also like to see a Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay based RPG.
I played Mark of Chaos but just couldn't get into it. Perhaps I'll give it another shot someday. And oh yes, a proper Warhammer RPG would be awesome!

The Vampire: The Masquerade series are pretty dark . Also, Sacrifice, although that might depend on which faction you play (Charnel and Pyro are the darkest) .
