I was looking at a game page (specifically Jade Empire Special Edition) and looked at the list of games customers also bought . They were all marked as OWNED except Witcher 2, but I do own that - I even double checked my collection and it's there.

I also did a search for Witcher in browse games and the first game shows as owned but the second doesn't, and if I go the game pages the same thing. But they're both in my collection (I bought them both at the same time.... why isn't Witcher 2 showing as OWNED. I realise since it's in my collection it doesn't matter a whole lot but if there's some issue causing this I figured it best to point it out / get it sorted.

It shows up in my account, it's in my collection but when browsing for other games it doesn't show up as "OWNED" like other games I already have in my collection.

Do you own the AU version? Perhaps, that's the problem.

I didn't know there was a different version - I didn't see any differences when buying them, I just clicked on the buy now boxes. If a different version was put in my collection because of my location it was done automatically so it's odd it's still offering a version I can't buy.

I think it will say if you click on The Witcher 2. Believe you can buy the normal version as a gift, but best thing is to contact support as cmdr_flashheart suggested.

I have TW2 and it shows up as being owned on that list and on my shelf. Having said that, im almost sure i pre ordered it...doesn't have AU listed on my copy (i think someone else said they had it on theirs though)...

I'm having the exact same problem as the OP. The Witcher 2 is in my collection and I can download it but it's not showing as "owned" when browsing games.
