K, I contacted them, they said the no longer offer the game code and instead send me a t-shirt and extend my premium sub till late 2015... a service I will not use.
It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera
