We hope Atari has the rights. There were published by Psygnosis, which had its various bits purchased by Atari, Eidos, and Sony. Or maybe the devs or Pratchett owns the rights.For now, though, they remain on my 'Want from Atari' list.

cogadh: Well, he might find the remains of those cartridges. According to the legend, prior to dumping and burying them, they were crushed into itty bitty pieces.

IMHO, no. It was never my favorite game, but I didn't know I was supposed to dislike it until I got the internets.
Now Atari 2600 Pacman on the other hand...

You know, all this people claiming that ET for the atari was as bad as the legends say? Well, believe me when i tell you they ARE NOT EXAGGERATING. It is infuriating to play, about 99% of the "gameplay" consists of you trying to figure out why you can't escape from the damned holes. The other 1% is when you pull the cart out and go play River Raid.
