nagytow: Yeah, it work. I always check the prices in various regions before I make the purchase. Just remember to get back to your region before you buy anything (/?cc=ru) or you might be banned from Steam.

Well I actually tried it earlier this week and was able to buy something from a different region. Used my spare Steam account and it was only Fortix, but still.

Nope, there's no connection between any of my accounts. I've sent an email to support about it anyway ("accidentally bought a game from a different region").
