As promised, it's time for another contest. This time it might be hard as we're testing your good old gaming knowledge. We've prepared a crossword puzzle (also attached to this post) where the answers we're looking for concern games you can find in GOG's catalogue. If you think you got all the answers (or as many as you can get) send the list of words from the crossword to users@gog.com until Tuesday, October 12 11:59 p.m. EDT.

From all correct entries we will pick 3 winners:
the winner will receive Strategy First catalogue
1st runner up will receive the games from TopWare catalogue
2nd runner up, thanks to our friends at PC Gamer, will receive a PC Gamer UK subscription.

Ready, set, go!

EDIT: The crossword appeared so difficult that even our testers have made a mistake ;). The answer for 17 down was supposed to be "Keepers", but we made it "Watchers" ;p. We won't take into account the answer for 17 down.

That would be unfair to those who already entered with the straight answer. But a special mention for the funniest answer would work.

Uhm, you might want to change the picture of the crossword or maybe at least edit the first post. Not everyone will be reading this whole thread..... good thing then I didn't send in an answer with the M-variant, because that would count as an incorrect No. 19....

My assumption is that it's not first come first serve. They probably take all of the correct answers and put them in a draw. Otherwise, what would be the point in leaving the contest open for a week?

Submit your answers. Either way, it can't hurt.

Hah, I knew my answer for 17 was incorrect. And because I had no experience with the game in question, I just read some info sites about it and answered SETTLERS.

Rofl it's alright:) We wouldn't have had some nice lolz at the possible answer without it. Some people here are quite creative:)

Thought I'd give this a go after all. Proud to say I did all except 2 without looking at the forums but damn 15 I would never have got without going through every hint in the forums. I just never got around to playing that game. As for 17 well no body got that one I see :)

Time for bed I've spent way too many hours on this one I'll email off in the morning.
