well doesn't look like we will get the announcement today. I'm sure they have lots of responses to go through. Since my chances are winning are pretty slim I think I'll go ahead and take advantage of the weekend promo while I still can. What would be nice is if they give me codes to get each game. Then any game I already own I can give out to someone else.

Comparing difficulty of judgement in this and next contests (this one was only to check correct answers and draw winners), seems like we have long way to wait for results.

Dang it! I soooooooooo want to get Icewind Dale, but I need to wait for the contests to end before I'll know if I end up with it, anyway.

I'm not 100% sure if the contest will include Icewind Dale or not. It said all the Atari games we released so far but that contest started before they released Icewind Dale.

Heh, I fail @ clarity - the last four that I had to find, which were, uh, 2 (guessed right initially but missed it *twice*), 4 (had the right idea but somehow managed to overlook the game repeatedly), #7 (I got no excuses, I love that game and it should have been obvious), and #6 (overlooked the game). Like I said, though -- lots o' facepalm.

I had #9 confused with #3 in my head but the second try got it. #1 was the one I immediately knew for sure (well, I knew exactly where to look - like you with #9, the graphical style is burned in my head even though I was very very late to that particular party), and I surprised myself a bit by guessing the exact title for #5 at first glance.

Sadly, I've played too few of the ones I recognize and expect to be awesome - I wasn't much into gaming / was focused on a few titles back in the day when many of these were coming out, so I have a lot of catching up to do and not enough time. I have a huge and growing GOG collection since I keep buying anything I've wishlisted when it goes on special, and I tend to jump on the package deals since getting everything costs about the same as getting the ones I specifically want . . . I actually like that though, it leads to interesting finds.

Oops, you mean the Atari catalogue specific for this contest - well, when I'm clicking on the contest's link, that game is surely displayed, but the "released so far" phrase is not making it certain for me after all.

I wish they would announce when the winners will be decided.

I think they'll announce all of the winners after this weekend.
