Hi.

I've had a problem buying the promo pack. Paypal worked but the transfer back to Gog failed.

I've emailed support and used the support contact page. Both methods I sent on Friday.

Has anyone had experience dealing with support here as I've not had any response at all from them. Are they just very slow and don't work over weekends? What's the turnaround time on average? Any experience would be much appreciated as I'm rapidly becoming disenchanted. :(

First of all they don't work over the weekend.

Unfortunately, support turnaround times have been pretty bad recently and tend to vary a lot, so we can't give you an exact time-frame; it can come tomorrow or in a couple of days or weeks or longer. :(

I was kinda getting the "We're not very quick at replying" vibe but it is nice to have it confirmed.

Wasn't expecting them to work over the weekend, but I'd guess that that is when the bulk of their transactions occur.

I will do. I've a Paypal transaction id and it all shows as completed on Paypal's website.

Update:

Had an email from Gog this afternoon.

Traced the problem and sorted the whole thing very quickly. Very pleased with the resolution.

Just need to be a bit patient I think. :)
