When submitting a bug report or feedback etc ... the site says:

"Your message will appear in your "My Account" page in about 5 minutes."

Where exactly is this supposed to appear? I've submitted a bug report for Castles II and a suggestion for Red Baron 3D, but neither have yet to appear after several weeks on the "My account" page and I'm not even sure where they would appear. One of my main feature suggestions was to improve bug report/general GOG.com-GOGer communication. However the above seems to indicate I should've gotten some confirmation that my message was sent. Now I understand that there are many of us and few of them and they can't respond to everyone being a small company. That said, some confirmation that at least the messages went through would be nice ... or maybe they didn't?

Were they lost in the ether of the internet else-when? Was the above statement about where the support and feedback messages go a beta thing and no longer true in the release?
