I don't know about others, but for me it runs fine in W7 32 bit.
It uses DOSBox, which is included in the install and preconfigured.

One more confirmation. You generally shouldn't have a problem with any of the DOSbox games here. If you want to know which games use DOSbox then there's a handy list on the DOSbox website that I can't be bothered to find right now.
