Firek: The codes have no time restrictions. :) So, as far as I know, you might as well keep it 'til 2020 when we'll be releasing the then-classic Duke Nukem Forever. ;)

More optimistic than you think, Firek seems to think that not only with DNF be out by then but also an old game.
Or is "old" determined by the announcement that it's being made? If so it's probably already old enough...

Well, it could still be in here - TOCA Race Driver 3 is from 2006, so DNF might come out in 2018 and be here in time for 2020 Christmas - though I doubt anyone will miss it the first time around, I'm sure everyone will buy it for the lolz ("LOL THIS GAME WAS SUPPOSED TO COME OUT 11 YEARS AGO NOW I HAVE IT AND IT SUX").

Weclock: if you go to my account, next to your game there's an ability to rate it, and at the end there's a little pencil with some paper, if you click on that icon, it will allow you to write said review.

You have to own the game. A crayon appears next to it. check the screenshot i attached,
