I'd like to suggest the ArmA-games, as they have some pretty neat (and difficult) coop missions.

I would shut down the omputer and go for cooperative boardgames. Those are popular right now. Try Red November for one example among a lot.

Or else, just have sex :)

You can also try Left 4 Dead 1 and 2. Totally great in coop mode. ;)

EDIT: Add WoW to the list as the best coop game ever made. If it can be counted as a coop game. :)
Agreed on Trine, people should definitely pick it up, especially for that cheap price

Q1 and Q2 single player campaigns can be completed in coop mode. Also there is a old and fun game named: codename:outbreak that was created for 2 players (you+AI controlled bot or coop). Outbreak uses first version of engine that was later used in stalkers games.

Also someone knows what games have coop mode on gog?

Die by the Sword co-op will make you laugh till you shit bricks. Too bad there's only one co-op map.

Castle Crashers, you're limited somewhat by needing 3 slots, but Castle Crashers does four, even on the same machine.

I've been Playing X-Men Arcade like crazy on PSN, it's also on XBLA. The game has local and online co-op for six players and it is one of the craziest beat-em-ups I have ever played. The game is so hard, I'm gonna be spending the better part of this month trying to one-quarter it.

Buy this if you want to play a harcore D&D roleplayers game with your friends.

Otherwise yeah...kinda enjoyed Alien Swarm for a day or two.

Been playing NWN 7 years straight :-P
seconded the co op makes the game much more interesting specially when the other player overcomes the weaknesses in your character

I got Black Ops recently and I have to say that the zombie and zombie arcade modes are great fun :)

uhh...another thread to advertise our indi CoOp Action Splatter game "Walkover" :)

Old School 2D Graphics, but with a nice self made engine and fast net code (20 players with about 3000 enemies on the screen is no problem) :)

Co-op kicks ass! I loved the way you could share and trade resources in good old Total Annihilation, had that ever been repeated? Or fight the bad guys with two characters in Lego Star Wars. :-)
