It seems there is a bug with "Process order now" button in checkout for games priced as FREE. We will try to push a fix for this tomorrow.

EDIT: as a temporary workaround, you can create a dummy account (as the free games are always bundled with it) to download the game. Of course this is far from perfect, but if you don't want to wait for the fix, that's your best bet
