It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Anybody have problem with the check out page?

Tried to order the current Hasbro 50% promo - no issue with the page itself but unable to use the credit card option as expiry month and year have been greyed out.

No response when clicking on the "Process order now".

Also tried with other games (non promo) and have same problem.

Already contacted support - no response as yet.

We've had this problem. It seems to be IE8 that's at fault here. Just install any other browser, like Firefox, and you should have no more problems of this nature.

It worked! You are a legend!
Well, thanks. But like I said, we already solved this problem for someone else. I just reposted the results.

Enjoy your atari promo.
Well I have this issue too and I'm using IE7! And no, I don't want to install another browser just to buy games - my advice to GoG is to fix this issue. It's not cool to expect people to give their credit card info if the damn site doesn't even work propperly. I have 32 bucks just waiting to be spend on the Atari deal once this issue is fixed.
Please GOG.com help me give you my $$$. I too am having a problem paying for the games, however my problem is with PayPal. I get an error message saying that I either put in incorrect info (can't be, it's the same PayPal account used just weeks before) or it was blocked by my bank (again, just used recently and I have plenty of credit left).

BTW: I am using firefox as others suggested that its a problem with IE

UPDATE: It appears that the reason why I couldn't purchase the games earlier is because my bank has put up a temporary block on my credit card. A few days ago, I made some game purchases on your site and on steam.com and to "be safe" my bank needed to verify those before granting me access to use my card again. So, sorry for the incorrect assumption that it was something on your end and keep up the good work.

Just letting you know that I'm having problems with Opera as well. I selected Paypal as my payment option, clicked "Process order" and, well, I've been watching the little swirly graphics for quite a long time now without anything happening.

Switched over to Firefox and everything worked immediately.
Guys,

I won't go far to defend GOG support, there's no doubt that at the moment they have a serious problem there. However they have previously said that they don't work weekends. I don't know if that's changed, but for the size of the project, it's not unsurprising. Terms and Conditions say that they will attempt to return contact regarding issues within 2 business days.

Jepsen1977, I personally would advise that you do at least install IE8, as that is the recommended security advice from Microsoft, regardless of your intentions to buy games.

CyberTrick, by the sound of it your issue is different, people appear to be complaining about a non responsive form, as opposed to a response saying there's a problem. There may genuinely be a problem processing the payment.
Actually your advice helped and by updating to IE8 it did fix my problem and I am now the happy owner of 10 new games - so thx for the info. Also I didn't mean to sound angry at GoG or anything but having problems with paying with credit card online may not be the best idea since it can prevent certain people from even using the service out of fear for how "safe" the site might be. Still I have bought many games from GoG and have never had problems until now so I strongly encourage others to use this great site.

Glad you're up and running. On the security side of the issue, Incompetence or not should never really be a sign of an insecure site. A really well developed and stable site can still steal your data. The key thing is that padlock, but more importantly - trust, which I think was where you were going.
