Mine is the intro(?) music from Battle Bugs. It randomly pops into my head from time to time.. not bad considering I haven't played the game in over 10 years as I lost my disc :(

Also, a specific track from Simcity 2000 makes me remember the german words for size (small, large, tall, short, wide) because I was doing german homework with it on in the background. Oddly though, the words don't make me remember the music...
