It's been a while since the last caption contest featuring Abe from Oddworld, so we decided to "challenge" your sense of humor again.
The rules are simple as always. You'll find four screenshots from some of the games available on GOG.com attached to this news (in [url=http://www.gog.com/en/forum/general/Caption_contest_/0]the comments section) and on our Flickr page. Your task is to think of some funny texts to put into baloons and send the screenshots to us at users@gog.com by Thursday, August 6 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Entries will be judged on the basis of wit, humor, creativity and originality and we mean it :). The funniest caption for each screenshot will be awarded with a free game from GOG.com's catalogue. The winners will be announced on Friday, August 7.

Wow, a caption contest! Good idea, GOG!
I think this time I'll participate ;-).
This is a lot more challenging than most caption contests, since we have to tell our jokes in such a specific, constrained form. I like it. Good luck everybody.
Just wondering (as I'm too tired to understand exactly what I'm reading), is there a prize for each screenshot, or only one/all of them in one or something?

It is confusing, but I think the first sentence's use of "for each" means a prize for each one, that is, four prizes. He likely left the 's' off of "winners." I could be wrong, of course.

Do you mean "prize"?
They yes, as I get it, there will be a free game for all four picture's best caption.
EDIT
There is no warranty one person's contributions will be the funniest for all four, so it makes more sense to suppose every pic is treated searately. Also, it's not certain everyone will have a caption for all of them.

Prize, yes. And yeah, that makes sense.
To make everything clear, we have 4 games to giveaway in this contest. One game for each screenshot. So if one person will send the funniest captions for all 4 screenshots, she/he will win all 4 games. Good luck!
All the captions I have so far aren't suitable for anyone under 18.
:)
Just submitted mine for Tex. Not the best thing I could think of, but not the worst.
Going to enter this one. Best of luck to all. :)
I'll give it a go, I can't promise anything funny though, mayhaps a forum quote/trend/recurrence reference...

I don't think you'll win anything if your submission is about recurrences.
