Sorry, I have a stone age internet connection. I live in a village in Germany and we have veerrrryyyy slow internet. I leave my downloads going at night only to find that they have frozen have way through and I cant resume them. I cant play Baldur's gate, arghhh !!!!
Any solutions to this or am I screwed.

Each download session is unique, so the URL changes. I don't know about resuming browser downloads, as I'm using a download manager. You can resume failed downloads by initiating a new download, taking the URL, and putting it in the place of the old one. I wish I'd known about this trick when I once had a 2 gig file fail a mere 8 megs from completion.

Unfortunately the official GoG Downloader, which allows easy resuming and queuing, is out of commission at the moment.
