Hi, Hope you get the issue solved soon.
I have a problem with paypal yesterday rejecting a purchase I wanted to do with GOG. A few hours before it worked fine (not with GOG) and a few hour later I tryed again to purchase another GOG game and everything went fine.

So I suppose threre was some misconfguration on paypal and/or GOG sides that seems to be at least partially solved.

Now I have to wait until the game i wanted appears again in the flash offers.

You may have some limitations on your credit card that will restrict you in the number of payments you can do per day/month, or the total amount of money you can spend with your card per day/month. You should be able to change them through e-banking.
