I've bought a bunch of games from the promo on Friday and when I try to download them, all games from this single order show the message "Original game: XYZ - We recommend buying XYZ on GOG.com to guarantee 100% compatibility with the DLC you already own."
Below that is a checkbox labeled "Don’t show this message anymore." When I click the checkbox, the message is removed permanently, but there are no download links underneath. The space where the download links usually are, is just empty. Only the extras have download links and when I click those, I get a 403 Forbidden error.

This is for games like Red Faction, Summoner or Desperados which don't even have DLC. I can still download games I've bought earlier but not those from my latest order.

I've filed a support ticket on Friday afternoon, got an automated e-mail reply a few seconds later, but never received a reply from a human being. I know it was weekend most of the time, but not being able to download games I've paid for is rather annoying and I've received support replies on weekends for less important problems in the past, so...

I'm getting a bit frustrated here. I already did more or less anything I could do. Write to support, use a different browser, use a different OS, log-out and log-in again, reboot, get drunk.... Any other suggestions? Help! Pretty please?

I had not seen this one before but maybe someone else had.

You don't have to download the games right now, you know? If you got to buy them they will be forever available in your account. There has been several things moving around lately so I guess support is buried in tickets. I can't do more than suggesting patience as it sounds like a bug in the server and you can't do more right now.

That did the trick! Even though I've used it in the past, I've completely forgotten about that URL to refresh the account. Gotta bookmark it right away.

I know that removed games stay in my account, but I still feel uneasy somehow unless I've backed everything up to an external drive...

It's a wise course of action. There have been cases (like the Atlantis games) where the soundtracks have been removed from the users' accounts.
