It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hi All,

I have been trying to purchase some games from the Atari offer available for this weekend only but, the buttons that give the drop down card expiry dates are greyed out and not working therefore I am unable to complete the purchase anyone else had this problem?
Any ideas or solutions welcome no point in a special offer that you cannot purchase.
I have emailed site support but no answer.
Thanks
Don

Maybe you should try another browser.

PS. GOG Support doesn't work on weekends and working days, you should check your nearest church for support prayer - say it loudly during full moon and wait.

Well it worked in another browser I'm curious as to why this has happened as I made a purchase about 6 days ago and had no problems then
Thanks for the advice browser allowed me to play on the PC and skip church lol.
Try not clicking the text, but instead outside it (though still on the menu "button", for example on the arrow). Testing in MSIE 9 (Win7 X64) and 8 (WinXP), that works for me. Opera, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox (all on Win7) behave as expected when clicking the text too.

Also make sure IE 8/9 is NOT in compatibility view, but standard view (or whatever it's called, if it has a name), look at attachments for comparison, upper is IE8/XP, lower is IE9/7. The menus won't work at all in compatibility view.

I've been using IE8 in Vista for some time that is what seems so strange, my last purchase was using IE 8 I remember that I did have to click all around to get the buttons to work last time perhaps I just missed the right pixel this time.
Anyhow, as soon as I used Google Chrome it worked fine.
I will have a look into IE with your comments in mind and see if perhaps a windows update has altered the settings.
I only recently downloaded Chrome accidentally when I updated Google Earth so perhaps this is Chrome's revenge for not promoting it to the position of primary browser.
Thanks for the information
