I know I am fairly new to the forums but I hope this does not necessarily make me untrustworthy. Thing is, I am from Germany and we can't buy certain games from Steam and I know the Max Payne Bundle(1+2) is on sale for 3.75$ but since I've been told these games are really great and influenced the genre in a good way I would like to be able to play them.

So I would like to ask one of you guys if you could buy and trade/gift it to me for something of equal value(e. g. Hard Reset EE comes to mind), unfortunately it would have to be something from Steam since I have no PayPal account and my Credit Card is empty right now.(I have sufficient funds on my Steam Wallet) Our fellow "rooshandark8" tried to help me but he could not find anything and I'd like to +rep him if I knew how to do so, if you help me I'll +rep you too of course.

You might want to post a reply to the Classifieds thread and ask people for a trade....and you could also put your wishlist items in the community wishlist thread and see if someone will gift the games to you.

Those Humble Bundle keys are not for giving away and especially not for selling. Please don't, it betrays the whole point of those bundles.

My apologies, I'll edit my post. But the key is rotting on the HIB page since I already bought it on steam prior to the bundle release, aren't I even allowed to give it away for free?

The bundle people tell you not to do so, and indeed it's not really kosher if you think about it.

Ah well, I guess you're right, these bundles are so affordable already. I probably would have felt pretty bad if I traded it.

Thanks for the help, I'll post this or a short version of it on the "Classifies" thread. I don't want to post my wishlist on the gifting thread tough. I still have a lot of untouched/unfinished games and I don't want to capitalise on the generosity of our members. I don't say that other people do this but I would feel like I'd do with my huge backlog, even tough I don't have a "lot" money for games. Sales xD

People give those keys(For HB/other bundles.) away all the time on here/elsewhere. Why don't you criticise them as well when they do it?

(Also imo if people want to trade/give away the keys they bought then that's their choice, imo.)The bundle people might not like it but it's not illegal to do what you want(Within reason/the law, of course.) with your purchased items.

As I just told SV many here gift bundle items here(or trade them) all the time. Some may not like it, but it's not illegal.

If I weren't so strapped for cash I would buy them and gift them to you without wanting anything in return, but thanks to a fractured finger I'm a bit limited in what I can do at the moment, both physically and financially. I hope someone can help, but if not, I'll keep it in mind when my situation changes.
