At another game website (is it fine to post the name here?) the Broken Sword trilogy pack is being sold for $4.98. In GOG there isn't a three title pack like there, and purchasing them separately would go for $12.57. On the other hand, I like GOG better, so I'd very much prefer purchasing it here, but the huge price difference doesn't make it a very sensible option. So, is there any chance of GOG's staff seeing this and providing a competitive alternative?

The other site's promotion is will continue for 12 days, and I'm in no hurry, so I can wait for an answer. The faster it comes though, the earlier I'll place the order. Provided it is in the positive, of course. ;-)

There was a Broken Sword promo a couple of weeks back. It was 60% off I believe which ended up being $7.17 for all 3.

Considering GOG did a promo with the Broken Sword games about 10 days ago (all three for about 7$ IIRC), I don't think they'll do another so soon...

Id have to agree with whats been said already.

For that reason I would be inclined to go for the cheaper option.

I have a code for the Broken Sword Trilogy pack promotion that was run a couple of weekends ago if you want it.

EDIT: By the way, you can name (and even link to) other sites that offer game downloads. I cannot imagine the GOG team would be so unreasonable to try and stop you... they are anti-DRM after all :)

Bought from here because the original Broken Sword may be a bonus item for owners of the trilogy. No other place carries that version. The DC version of part one is quite a bit different from the original.
