I wonder how many times I have to ask for it. I wrote a thread about it one week ago. The next day I e-mailed GOG.com stuff. Now I'm here.
It's not like I performed magic on my bookshelf to break it. This problem will happen to others, too. If you use the Wish List extensively and remove items manually after buying them (yes, we have to do it manually because GOG.com programmers can't handle the code), you will sooner or later have two copies of the same game.
I have two copies of Duke Nukem 3D on my bookshelf and each time I log-in and look at my games, Duke laughs and shows me the finger... twice.
I wonder what I have to do to get noticed by the GOG.com stuff. Should I attach a screenshot? Is it THAT hard to imagine two copies of the same game on my bookshelf? Do I have to ask you to trust me on this or you can just log-in to my account as an Admin and take a look at it yourselves?
Is it so hard to fix this? I don't think so. They appear to be linked with each other and don't behave like two separate games. It's like a doubled image of the same game and sooner or later they shift to be in the closest possible position. Your code is broken, GOG.com.
Thankfully I have multiple screenshots of my bookshelf so incompetent GOG.com stuff won't delete any of my games while trying to fix this problem. Oh, who am I kidding? Nobody cares I have a problem.
I have to admit I thought GOG.com was awesome. But that was before I saw their customer support in action. Or lack thereof.
