In the settings of Blood 2, It shows that it supports joysticks, Does anybody know how to get working with an Xbox 360 gamepad?

That might be a pit of a problem. Seeing as Blood 2 was made before the era of 360 controllers, you might need to download something like Xpadder.
Also, wrong forum. But don't worry about it.

Xpadder would indeed be your best bet (however much like madness it is to favour a controller over mouse and keys).

But keep in mind that it's not freeware anymore. Personally I didn't have a problem with paying for it as it does its job very well.
