So when is Blade Runner coming to GOG ?
I dunno but what i can tell you is that i should have gone to bed hours ago. Can't sleep for some reason and it's way too late to try and sneak back into bed.
Considering that Westwood Games, who owns the rights to the Blade Runner game it now owned by EA Games, I would say don't hold your're freaking breath.
Yeah sadly dudalb is probably right...gog doesn't have a deal with EA yet, and EAdoesn't seem like they want to do any business with gog...so..probably never. I really want that one as well, it was one of the first adventure games I played when I got back into video games after a ten year absence.
It is even worse in this case as the game is tied to an external license (the movie and the book). I suspect that a similar issue is what prevented GOG from publishing two Elvira games together with Waxworks. Getting license approval from everybody involved can be quite a nightmare.
Im pretty sure the guys at Petroglyph (most of the old Westwood team) wouldnt mind it, but alas EA owns all the old Westwood stuff so a very slim chance. Id love to see alot of old Westwood games here, Dune, Nox, ect. Most of the old C&C's can be downloaded for free up to TS/FS.
I still have my original physical media for Blade Runner.
Here's some info for running it on 64bit O.S.
