I have accepted your initial order and am looking into refunding the second payment. This is a very rare bug that happens outside of our own payment system, however we will soon have a "safeguard" that will allow us to conveniently (or automatically) find and re-process such orders within 24 hours, without anyone having to contact us. I apologize for the trouble.
Just one thing (Or maybe I'm just misreading your post, in that case, just ignore this). I made one payment for the full pack. After the bug occurred, I didn't payed a second time (Maybe I tried to order the full pack again, but didn't got to PayPal)
So there were no more than one order. I made the order (I think I sent you guys the order ID that was into the details from the PayPal payment) , I payed it, but it never finished on your side. There is no second order to refund, just one to finish :)
I suppose it all happened because my Firefox crashed just after confirming the payment and didn't went back to your site... After re-starting the browser, PayPal told me that the payment was already made (And so it appears on their website), but I didn't got a receipt from you, neither the games on my account.
Yay, I hope I can play Planescape Torment this weekend! :D
EDIT: YAHOOO!!!! Games are now in my account. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
