orcishgamer: Okay, we do want the same thing. My problem is it's damned hard to get people to see there's a problem because "it's just men" that are having the problem. Historically the exceptional patriarch males have had all the power, but don't mistake them for the majority, regular men didn't have much more than the women.

I'd probablygo the simple way again & say "It doesn't work, needs a ground up rewrite to be fair and remove loopholes"

And then, for the required people to understand it, it'd need to be rewritten into legalese and take up a 400-page volume that no one will ever read.

True, "Don't be a dick" would be hard to implement without such an encyclopaedic yet ignored volume of doubletalk
