I purchased two games from Gamers Gate on December 18th, and many hours later (after turning off my firewall, turning off my Antivirus suite, and rebooting my computer) I am STILL getting the error message:
"A connection with the server could not be established". So, they have the server capacity to instantaneously take money out of my bank account, but not to deliver the game download? FRAUD.

Okay...

So because you're having a server problem, instead of contacting their support, you'd rather claim it's fraud. Okay...

But news for you, payment isn't handled by their servers. So the fact that their payment provider can take your money but for whatever reason you cannot download from GamersGate server is just pure bad luck. It's not fraud.

Fraud? Hardly. Perhaps you could call it bad service. But definitely not fraud.

If you really can't get it to download I'm sure they would refund the money. Have you even asked them? Or perhaps you could just have asked for help via Game Tutor instead of... Being a complete and utter fool.

I've been trying to make backup copies of my downloaded games. I've run them through the photocopier numerous times and *they don't work* - SCAM !!!!
