Hey, from all users registered here, I assume I'm not the only one who likes video game soundtracks? What about remixes of these soundtracks? OverClocked ReMix has a lot of them. Wich remixes are your favorites? Know of other good sites to go besides http://ocremix.org/?
Well if you want a quick laugh, then I suggest OCRs doppleganger OverLooked Remix:
http://olremix.org/

Apart from OCR though, I can only think of independant artists/bands like Brentalfloss, Konami Kode, Megadriver, and TheOneUps.

These bands are good?
Brentalfloss' stuff is pretty funny. (an early example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8NsnLfIAcs&feature=channel)
Megadriver stuff is okay, but sometimes seems a little too heavy, (they mainly do heavy metal covers of sega tunes), but their stuff is free (last time I looked), so you can't complain.
TheOneUps are very good in my opinion. I love to relax to koopa beach.

As for the konami kode, I haven't listened to any of their stuff, (except the collaboration that they did with Brentalfloss for his cd.)

A good idea would be to search em up on youtube.

also, these are only a few examples. there are loads more if you look for them.

Bump
I pretty much leave Rainwave on most of the day, either on the OCR stream or on the V-Wave stream that plays video game related music not specifically on OCR (though I mostly listen to V-Wave since I've heard pretty much every OCR track over the years); some remixes, some original. At the top of the remixes column would probably have to be the Get Equipped/Get Acoustic albums by the Megas, with The Protomen taking the top spot for original video game music (with bonus points for being rock opera).
