Is Dangerous Waters a bit like Destroyer Command plus Silent Hunter 2 with an added layer of flight?

Seems like co-op would be more interesting with the added layer of being able to play a ship. At the very least it seems like it'd make things a bit more balanced with a team of a ship and a sub, compared to two subs.

EDIT: Oh and I looked for Aces of the Deep...I can't find any copies that both cost under $60 and aren't used (I really don't trust used discs that are that old).

Dangerous Waters on dotemu includes 688I Hunter Killer? It's not listed on the page. Can someone confirm this?

Ah, well. I'll just have to hope they show up in a Strategy First promo some time in the near future. Thanks.
