I remember playing this game. I bought it in the bargain bin at CompUSA for $2.99

Just mindless destruction and blowing things up, it was fun for a few hours :)

I remember it, it was from back in the day when there were a ton of isometric shooter type games (Gender Wars, Abomination, etc).
I can't really remember if it was any good though.
