Not really a good comparison considering the scene, and the PC version STILL blows the other two away.

So... yeah.
Just saw the gametrailers review of the PC version..

Holy Christ that game looks good!
Doesn't look bad. PC vs 360 + HD Pack look basically the same. But the scene they chose really isn't great for comparing.

kavazovangel: They couldn't have picked up a worse scene.
Well, I guess they could have chosen a screen where we're staring at a blank wall.

64 players, on high resolution, outdoors with tanks, explosives and similar goodies, and one would notice the difference a lot more. :)

I would suspect so.

The 360 is limited to 24 player multiplayer matches. So if you want to take part in massive battles get it on the PC if your computers able to run it.

Nope. My computer can barely run Killing Floor.

Won't be another 2 years or so before I can build my gaming computer :(

That'd be reason enough for me never to touch it, Who cares that the graphics look 'almost the same' when you're forced to play with 1/3rd of the people only

Is the HD pack available for free? I afraid this trend will spread toward PC gaming in near future, like those HD texture pack for Crysis 2 and Rage. Not only i need to upgrade my rig and especially HDD and download huge chunk of file to enjoy the fullest of game that i bought for full price, i afraid later they will charge the HD pack like those CoD $15 map packs.

From what I've heard, Battlefield 3 is going to have two discs on the 360, one with the game and one with the optional installation for the HD textures.

Yep the reason behind that is they need to offer an off the disc version for the 360. This is for anyone that doesn't have a hdd with their console.
