chaosbeast: Tangent warning ---> thoughts on LOTR: War in the North?
Play it as a coop hack slasher with some RPG elements with stats, and a good loot system and you'll be fine:

Crassmaster: Honestly, who cares? Why get wrapped up in a delay for one system or another? Does it make the game worse? No. Do you still get to play it? Yes. whatever.
Hi

I CARE!!!! you don't have to live with my Girlfriend and her wanting this game ....

She always has had a thing for anything Dark Knight related and the only way I got her to go for the cost of the Skyrim CE was this game was coming out at about the same time. So yeah there are people out there that REALLY care.

So too answer in your style Does it make the game worse? No, Does it make my life easier being late? HELL NO!!!

Now, to come up with some ideas to soften the blow when I tell her of the delay.... Flowers? Check. Candy? Check. Knives out of reach? Check. Putting up mirrors to watch my back? Check. There think I got it all covered.... I HOPE.

Not to give people the wrong idea she is my soulmate and the love of my life...... But, we're talking ...... BATMAN here.

You might need a pointy-eared costume

I'm not sure Beakie would look all that great in a Catwoman costume...

That was the costume to which you were referring, right? Right? :)
Honestly, if I had a working desktop, I'd be way more excited about Arkham City than Skyrim and LA Noire. MW3 and wouldn't even be in the picture.

You need a Batman costume.

Maybe buy her some graphic novels? She can't have them all. Can she?

:)
Hi

Wouldn't dare to buy her graphic Novels for fear of buying something she's already got .... thinking a nice night out and maybe let her loose in the Comic Book 2 blocks down the street ( a place they know her by sight and gets a 15% good customer discount.... Those Comics Nerds will do anything to keep a girl coming back to the store... LOL). Think I'll suggest a Batman Movie Marathon to take her mind off it....

Good call. Let her pick out what she doesn't have yet while you maintain a death grip on the credit card...THIS IS KEY! :)

Nah the best thing for dealing with impulsive shoppers (such as me) in a place of serious temptation is to go with cash only. That way when you run out, you run out and don't have to have that conversation with yourself that goes something like "oooh look at the shiny thing! I'm sure I can put off that big bill, I don't really NEED electricity do I?"
