Cool, I suppose it uses WebGL and runs native on the browser. This probably means there'll be and Android port later too.
The game is really good. I bought a couple of days ago and I've playing non-stop.

Ha. It claims my graphics card won't support OpenGL and is not powerful enough. Which is great because a) i'm on my school Macbook, which only supports OpenGL, and b) Bastion runs very smoothly on my BootCamp partition, so the card is most definitely powerful enough.
Neat concept, I just wish it worked. Oh well, I can wait to play more Bastion when I get home.

Who fucking cares. I like STAND-ALONE games, not browser plug-ins... Seriously, I'd like that assholes at Google, Microsoft und Mozilla put their money on making just A FUCKING WORKING BROWSER, not a Christmas tree full of dumb toys and shining crap....

Not really, Chrome's NaCl (could be called ActiveX 1.5 ), allows basically to run anything that can run on a PC, it's just sand-boxing around native code, there is nothing magical, nothing revolutionary, heck even Battlefield 3 could run in Chrome (given they adapted it to use OpenGL instead of DirectX).
If they had managed to recreate Bastion using only HTML5 then I would have find that interesting/impressive. Chrome's NaCl use native code, it can only run on the CPU it was originally compiled for, if they want to make a Android port they will need adapt it/rebuild for Tegra or whatever CPU they plan to make it compatible with. (Unless they re-code the game in Java)

How is this Microsoft's / Google's / Mozilla's fault?
