Thank you for the game and I want to also thank aJillSandwich for entering for me! :D Now I'm off installing this and playing it. Is there any issue playing the game without having ever watched the movies?

It helps to have watched the movies, but it is not necessary. If you had watched the movies there are many little things that make more sense.
