Remember the so-called Awesome Button mentioned by one of the Dragon Age 2 devs? This magical button was meant to make the game even more awesome but apparently never actually made it into the game.

If, like me, you've been wanting a game with an Awesome Button, all you need to do is pick up Saints Row The Third, which to my delight, I discovered actually does have an Awesome Button:

Note, you'll have to add the / at the end of the url as the GOG forums keep deleting it.

Probably one of my favourite gaming easter eggs so far.... >_>

You can fix the links manually, btw.

As a long-time member of the Internets, I know that the CAPS LOCK IS THE AWESOME BUTTON.

I thought caps lock was the arsehole button
Is the entire game purple? Every screenshot I've seen so far is purple.

Well, holding the sprint button does allow you to perform several actions not available normally. Think of it as similar to the "high profile" action system in Assassin's Creed.

Ah, ok, haven't played Saint's Row 3 (yet), and only finished AC1 and 2 so far (not yet got Brotherhood), but I think I understand what you mean, and the easter egg means more sense.
