ok that is happening too often now:

you know that button to the bottom left that lets you include images to your postings?
i have some kind of a bad sleeping rythm these days, so i am a bit tired all the time, i think thats why i always read "ATTACK!" and immediately want to klick it, as if i am playing an rpg and its my fighter's turn

something similar happens when i and a buddy played fight night 3 all the time, you know, the boxing game where one guy is on the left side on the screen and the other on the right side, so we play that game for several hours straight, and then decide to zap through the tv channels while getting something to eat or so, maybe some kind of talk show or whatever, but i am always kind of awaiting (like precognition, only not) that one of the two guys talking throws a punch, as if the game was still running

do you have similar experiences? like playing some games too often and then seeing things, or doing stuff, like saying oneliners or whatever that you wouldnt without the game?
I would have marathons of Guitar Hero and Rock Band with my friends, and after staring at the notes coming at you on that moving plane for so long, everything in RL has this "tunnel vision" effect for a few minutes. It's kinda hard to explain but it was very nauseating to me until I got used to it.
Nah, the only reaction similar to this I've ever gotten is thinking of "undo" whenever I make a mistake in real life. It's only happened a couple of times though.

Oh! And maybe touching my monitor's screen instead of the mouse button at my comp after I've been handling a touch screen monitor from another machine for quite some time.

After playing Street Fighter IV for several days, all I could think of was the combos Ryu could pull off. I was mentally throwing fireballs over and over and over again.
Long gaming sessions sometimes result in some really odd dreams...

With Tetris, you would constantly dream of bricks falling or even when awake :D
Your mind mind goes into this mode, where it tries to have everything fit together smoothly.

I seem to have developed a sort of resistance to the Tetris effect over the years. I'll still get weird dreams at times, but it's very uncommon for me to "see the blocks" in real life, as it were. Of course, I often get confused when I switch to a new game with control scheme similar to the last one. Sometimes it can take me up to half an hour to adjust.
When CoD4 came out I was obsessed with that game ,worst part was it came out just a few days after I quit my job so I allowed myself to play for 18 hours a day.
Got to the point I was ranked in the top 100 for months , living on Chinese takeout and peanut butter sandwiches for months...

About 5 months later started looking for a job and took the bus to one of the interviews and I swear to god I saw a reticle and HUD in front of me! scared the living shit out of me...
Needless to say I toned down my CoD4 play time way way down...
