The other is EA.
It was hardly an Atari only problem. They were a huge market at the time, but when you're talking about barrels of unrelated games from various companies and anybody that's capable of programming combined with the cash to make it happen, blaming Atari is really missing the point.

I have no problem with Atari. But I also have no problem with EA.
I call out on double standards.

It'll be interesting if in 30 years we're still saying what we're saying about EA because I don't think people were saying that about Atari back then, at least not commonly. But, I was like 2 at the time so I don't really remember.

I'd rather just celebrate the individual anniversaries of cool gaming stuff like the VCS, the Atari 800, or Gauntlet.

Atari has being dead for decades. Long live to Atari (in my MAME ROMS....)!
