Twigleaf: I cant get past the date of month/year either. In sone cases, I cant even add to cart. This redeisign is a joke. 100 games purchased here and 2 years of beta, to reopen with severe purchase bugs like this. 2 different machines too I've tried on. I give up. they might not get my money. Stay away from these guys till they fix it, if they are "smart" enough to do so. I was appologized to last week, because there was no reciept of purchase screen. they are upsetting me

2 different machines. Both are IE, but one is WinXP runnibg IE 7 . The other is Win 7 running IE 8. Others have told me they are having issues, with firefox, and Chrome. This is their poor website programming. The pulldown bars for the credit card expirations dont work, and some links are inaccessible. I can no longer add Icewind Dale to my shopping cart .
Update: I have even resorted to trying to order over my Nintendo WII's internet channel. Still cannot pull down month/year on CC. Cant use quick links in top right to open messages. ( Must go into account profile, or forums and see which topics you recently discussed in.
I am no amateur. Last week, I bought my 100th game here. Even IT had checkout problems, as in no receipt. They sent me an email explaining that was a bug and all future purchases would have receipts. Normally I wouldnt mind, but when there is no screen telling you if the order went through, how much you were actually charged... to whom done the billing services... thats a major problem, as there is no proof of ordering, until a bank statement comes 40 days later.
This new issue, where you cant even pull down the month/year, add items to carts already containing items... is flat out POOR "end-of-beta-we-are-in-full-release" mode engineering. I could wait it out, but by the time support comes in, takes 2-5 days to fix the issue, this 3 day weekend promo of 50% off will be over.
I give up. 3 different browsers, none work. Wii's Opera, IE 7, IE 8. The latter I use FOR SECURITY over Netscape and Firefox. From what I understand, firefox isnt working for a lot.
Any tips? I'm cross-posting this into a new topic as well. Already emailed support twice.
