Steam has a new $8.99 US game today: Arma Tactics. Copied from withing their description: "Arma Tactics is a turn-based close-combat strategy game, where you take control of a four-member Special Forces team. "

I like that type of turned based tactical games and was wondering of that chance of seeing it on GOG anytime soon. We have some Arma games here that aren't that old but I'm not sure how long it took them before appearing here.

In short should I buy it on Steam or does anyone think it will be available here before the end of the year?
I agree, games like that are sooo much fun, I remember SOCOM: Bravo team I think for the PSP featured that and literally spent half an hour on the first mission alone just trying different stuff... I'll go look at it, thanks for bringing it to my attention haha.

As for if it's coming to GOG... I doubt it seeming how I don't believe it's indie and it's not old either... but maybe... just maybe... go post it to the wishlist and it might just come.
Holeeee sheeeep shit! I had no idea Bohemia Interactive was even working on something like this. This would be an instabuy for me if they released it here. Whereas the wishlist entry?

Apperently it was originally on Android/ipad... so I guess it's just a port...

Had no idea it existed till today.
Awesome! Thanks for the heads up!
Is Steam's 'Arma Tactics' the same as the Android/iOS mobile game?
Here's the page:

Not really sure if it's identical. Seems it may be. A level editor would be an awesome addition to the PC version.
