I'd love to see Doom I and II, not to mention Quake on GoG.
I'd even love to see Heretic and Hexen!
Would buy.
That would be interesting, seeing that so far they don't sell their games to German IPs, not even the ones without swastikas in it. ;)
Quake would be awesome!

hedwards: And I can't recall if Quake on Steam is the DOS version, I presume it is, and probably DRM free as a result as well.

Snickersnack: Bizarrely, it's WinQuake* and GLQuake. I guess they like trouble. Fortunately the original DOS Quake and even Verite Quake executables are in the install directory if anyone is so inclined to set them up. Using one of the many fine source ports available is usually a better option however.

*WinQuake has delicious steam DRM.
GLQuake is one of the better versions, imo. It has such lovely lighting/etc effects.
I completely forgot about Heretic and Hexen.

These were probably my favorite first person games, moreso than Doom, Quake, or Duke 3D. Heretic was revolutionary - look up/down, fly, different inventory items (not sure if they pioneered that, but it was one of the first at least). Hexen and Hexen II were incredible in their own right, using the "hub" system which had you solving puzzles and revisiting different areas. Never played Heretic II other than perhaps a demo, but it seemed interesting.
