I do, and found it one of my favorite games of all time.
Even the multiplayer games were amazing. Many maps required 14-16 people just to complete, which was an extreme feat in itself.
Surely, some of you must remember these (attached) pictures!
I encourage you to all vote for these classic RPGs. Those of you who remember it may be happy you did, and you RoM newbies may come to love it as I did!

Don't forget the third one, Evil Islands: Curse of the Lost Soul.
Wait, Evil Islands was part of a series? Loved that game.

Yeah, Rage of Mages, Rage of Mages 2: Necromancer, Evil Islands: Curse of the Lost Soul, and finally Allods Online, although the last one is a "free to play" MMO that plays differently from the other games, and well, more like an MMO. Oh, and there was another game Evil Islands: Lost in Astral, might have been an expansion pack, not entirely sure, but that was developed by a different company and supposedly it sucked hard.
I never knew "Evil Islands: Curse of the Lost Soul," was part of it... sooo going to check it out.
This is funny. I just tried to install RoM2 this weekend. Ofcourse it didn't work on my win7 machine... I just wasn't in the mood some tinkering to get it work so I didn't play then.
I remember playing them alot when they were new games. They actually are couple of games of which I still have clean and intact boxes. Rom2's box is actually part of my livingrooms decoration.
They were fun games. The only thing that pops to my mind now is how expensive the good stuff was in the games shop.
Hmm. Now I need check out Evil Island.

I vaguely remember the RoM games. I never knew that Evil Islands (which was very good) was part of the series though. They don't really have the same gameplay, imho.
Rage of Mages was more of a Diablo-clone, IIRC, while Evil Islands was big on sneaking around enemies, at least in the first part of the game.
Yeah, I think I still have RoM 2 somewhere. I quite liked it at first but later realized that the game is unbalanced a lot. Being a fighter I wasn't able to complete any of later maps and as mage with teleport and other stuff I had no problem to kill anything without too much effort.
I remember all of them. Really good games, a balance between Rpg and Rts.
I've played only the first one, but I liked it.
Nifty.
And yeah, Evil Islands first world was VERY stealth heavy. After that you could stand toe-to-toe though (if you had good support spells and weapons).
I remember them. In fact I own both Rage of Mages and Rage of Mages 2: Necromancer on CD-rom, in their original boxes in nearly perfect condition. I'd still like to see them released on GOG though, as that might resurrect the long dead multiplayer community. As I remember it, there were servers akin to Neverwinter Nights' persistent worlds at one point - although not nearly as advanced (since RoM didn't really have quests in the multiplayer part).

With 2 PCs and a LAN game (you don't even need 2 copies of RoM) you can generate infinite cash. And you can copy any +1 stat potions in order to get maximum stats.
