I have a copy of Fallout, and I do not want :P

HOWEVER, I do want Blood and Worms, and I would gladly swap it for either of the two :3

The copy that's on your account? Yep, that's legally there. But I'm doubtful that you could trade it under the new ruling, given that you're in the US, assuming that such a transfer can be legally enforced.

And moreover, I'm not sure anyone would WANT to trade a game that pretty much everyone got for free.
