Oh, and able to read fonts that regular windows can. I remember trying some few years back but they couldn't read greek, which I kinda need.
Also, need to be trustworthy. I remember using one which had issues with certain files and wouldn't do proper copies of files. That's kinda big.

While I haven't used it myself, Midnight Commander is said to be a faithful Norton Commander successor.
Failing that, Wikipedia has a list of so-called orthodox file managers which use a presentation heavily influenced by Norton Commander.
EDIT: oops, fixed faulty link code.

I have been using Altap Salamander (formerly Servant Salamander) for many years now, and it's loaded with features. I've used it to copy/move files thousands of times and have not seen a problem yet.
Sadly, it still doesn't fully support unicode (a directory with Cyrillic and Arabic unicode characters, Ӫԃۋڒﺷ, will appear as ?????).
It might still work with Greek (or any other language) if you are using ASCII code pages (you have Greek selected as the "Language for non-Unicode programs" in the Administrative tab of the "Region and Language" control panel).

FAR Manager to bind them all?..
As far as I know TC works well on 64 bit windows.

Total Commander works very well on Win7 x64. It's shareware though, so you'll either have to pay about 30€ or stand the dialog that pops up at every start.
Don't know about Greek, but it manages Russian and Japanese well enough. Since it's Unicode I can't see why it wouldn't work.

ZtreeWin ftw. It's the best Xtree Pro Gold modern replacement out there (32-bit and 64-bit alike). And Xtree Pro Gold was a killer compared to the crappy Norton Commander back in my DOS days :-P
