Edit edit: Found out that the game's Steam forums that Direct2Drive has it available worldwide, and you can use the 20% off code with it... and that the game is also like an hour long so it really isn't worth the ten bucks.

Well I'll try to get it from D2D first then, but they have a tendency of not actually selling worldwide even when they say they do.
