FlintlockJazz: Ah yes, so what prompted the move from paladin-killing, fireballing, dead and living minion hiring to thread resurrecting for the average necromancer? Too many Generic Heroes aboot, or are they all working for some Evil Corporation specialising in spamming dead threads?
A few reasons why you're seeing this.
Less risk for most.Paladins[or heroes] don't give a dam if you're a thread necromancer .
Two much work for some. Can't sneak in and act like the priest who will be burying the dead, with out reading a few books about religion. To make it sound like you are the priest and not some god dam fucking idiot who has been drinking.
Need to make sure the bodies of your undead minions, won't fall apart before you enter battle.
Paladins made it high, on my to kill list a long time ago.
