Nergal01: Concerning the Subway-to-Sally thingy, there's a song called "Accingite vos", that plays during the credits and at other points in the game, but AFAIK (!) this is only true for the German version, since Subway to Sally is a German band.
Yeah, I had the German version (surprisingly good voice acting) and I remember reading it on the back cover.

According to the highly trustworthy source of a youtube video, it only was in the German version:

Nergal01: I was thinking the exact same thing. There must be some sort of legal complications going on, if the Metal Age is unavailable even in Eidos' own store.
Just because of this I had to dig around in my cupboard for a physical copy of TMA and hug it.
