I read a book about John Lennon and it had about four chapters with nothing but his and Nilsson during Lennons "Lost Weekend". It was awesome. Didn't Nilsson drink so much it ruined his voice?

It wasn't really the drink as much as him and Lennon trying to "out scream" each other in a recording session... well, that and the smoking, drinking and drugs. The Nilsson documentary is available to stream on Netflix right now, I highly recommend checking it out if you have a Netflix account.

That's how I saw it. I'm seriously considering breaking my boycott of the RIAA studios to buy a copy of Nilsson Schmilsson. It would be the first such album I've bought in several years.
