Has anyone heard of this mod for oblivion? I looks great and it is the only reason I reinstalled Oblivion. Does anyone know of the realease date for it?

I've checked out their Russian website.
Follows Lore.
Includes a batshit insane area where horses walk the seas. *I want the same "lore" they're having*
Non linear, multiple approaches to problem solving. Purely diplomatic playthrough possible.
No strict Good/Evil moral.
NPCs can be knocked out, tied up and carried.
Each NPC has day schedule, days off and a biography.
Every NPC is mortal.
City gates close for the night.

I'm sold.

No release date yet, no download link... but bookmarked, because it looks really amazing and I think i would prefer it to Nehrim (which is an amazing mod).

I hope it comes out before Skyrim or else I will have no time to play it :P
