I love that game. The soundtrack is superb, and the very-early-days cinematic sequences have lot of charm: brontosaurus march.

To be fair, I've played Trespasser only with fan patches and updates, so it looked way better than original.

Anyways, I definitely felt Dino Crisis 1 and 2 were noteworthy, and there were quite a number of good Jurassic Park games. The PSX one has you playing as a T-rex, Compy, Rapter, and so forth.. but it was hard as hell and could've used some rebalancing.

It's probably long forgotten, but does anyone here remember [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynowarz:_Destruction_of_Spondylus]Dinowarz[/url] from the NES? I loved that game to death as a kid, cause I was a huge fan of dinosaurs growing up.

I actually bought the Jamma board for this game and built a cocktel cabinet for it like 8 years ago. I loved it that much.

Now it's just MAME cabinets all over the place.

This. Birds are related to dinosaurs the way we're related to primates. But when someone says "Hey how about some Primate games?" And people start talking about Donkey Kong Country, Rampage, or Ape Escape.. I think someone would resent seeing "Call of Duty" included simply because Humans are related to apes.

Back on track, there were more Carnivores games apart from the first 2. I think #4 used the original Serious Sam engine, which was weird because it felt much more like a shooter with dinosaurs (hi there, Turok) than a hunting game.

Sorry, maybe you haven't heard it yet and I am sorry to burst your bubble but dinosaurus died out some time ago.
